is there such thing as a perfect movie?

Me and my friends were talking about this. Is there such thing as a perfect movie? A movie that is comepletely flawless in every aspect? Is such a thing possible? Does a perfect movie(s) exist? What do you guyst think?

-Tetsuo, Body Hammer
-Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
-Princess Bride
-The Holy Grail, and The Life of Brian (Every Other Terry Gilliam film Ive seen is perfectly flawed)
There are others, American Beauty came very close to being perfect.

In their own ways, each of these are, in my mind, perfect.

'the ususal suspects' and 'ghost dog' rank pretty high on my 'perfect movie' list.

But I have to agree that it highly depends on each individual's taste.

Nope, there is no such thing as perfection...not in film, art, music, life etc. But hey if you strive for perfection, you're more likely to come up with something good, or even really good.

With great confidence I can sit here and say that there never say, and never will be a prefect movie. People's tastes vary so what I may regard as brilliant others will dispise as poo.

It may simply be too easy to get caught up in the semantics of a question about perfection. We might as well ask if there is anything better than perfect. For some, myself included, it's just too easy to believe that perfection is too high a concept to really be achieved by humans, in art or music etc. as G. Skinhead said before.
Maybe some form of it could be found in something like mathematics or a science of some kind, but film? Certainly not for all.
Having said this, I would vote that the one and only film that could argueably be called perfect ,as well as we can understand the concept is... Oh hell, I can't remamber the title. Oh you know, it had that one guy .. and what's-her-face...
